Lead Boutique Associate (PERMANENT Part-Time)

Moonpenny is looking for a Lead Boutique Associate to join our small team.

We're looking for someone who can confidently oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, take ownership, and help keep everything running smoothly. It's the perfect role for someone looking for year-round employment who enjoys being part of a small business and making a meaningful impact. 

What you'll be doing:

• Creating an exceptional customer experience
• Opening & closing the boutique
• Overseeing day-to-day store operations
• Merchandising, restocking & inventory management
• Processing online orders & post office runs
• Managing store emails & customer inquiries
• Taking photos and filming simple content for social media
• Communicating with the owners on store needs and daily operations

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Love chatting with people
• Are organized, proactive, and dependable
• Work confidently and independently
• Have previous customer service experience (leadership experience is a plus)
• Have an eye for detail and visual merchandising
• Enjoy taking initiative and helping the boutique run smoothly

Position Details

• Permanent part-time (4 days per week, rotating schedule or set days)
• Weekday availability required
• Located in Manson, WA
